James H. Mann, Sr. of Upper Marlboro, Md. passed away November 6, 2020 with his wife, Priscilla, and other family members surrounding him.

He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Robinson Mann, of the home; a son, James Mann, Jr; daughter Michelle and her husband, Keith all of Maryland; and a grandson, Jonathan; two brothers, Garland, Ronald (Jacqueline); two sisters, Ann and Marjorie all of Maryland; oneby Aunt, Carthenia Mann of New Bern, N. C.; nephew, nieces, many cousins and friends.

He started his teaching career at Holts Chapel, NC and continued to Pamlico Central School in Bayboro, N. C. Then he completed his teaching career in the District of Columbia Public Schools in Washington, D.C. James completed his work career with the Federal Government in Washington, D. C.
