Tallahassee - Bessie "Aunt Trent" Stringer 91, died Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at her home. She was a retired custodian with Florida State University and was a member of Greater Mt. Pleasent Missionary Baptist Church.

Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Greenwood Cemetery. Viewing will be Friday, November 27, 2020 from 12 (Noon) to 6 P.M. at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.

Survivors include her children, Fred Ford (Janet), Brenda Payge (Mikel), Alvenia Stringer, Brandon Graham and Ambria Pittman she raised as her own; four grandchildren, Victoria Topey-Baker (Rasheed), Sheldon Baker, Gabriel Ford (Tamika) and Frederick Ford; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, that she also raised. A special friend that cared for her to the end, Kayla Patterson.
