Obituary For Mrs. Irene N. Ruffin

Graveside services for Mrs. Irene N. Ruffin will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Tabernacle Cemetery in Sandflat. Rev. Willie Kinslow will officiate. Viewing will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 5 - 6:00 PM at Enterprise Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ruffin, 83, was employed in housekeeping at Holiday Inn until her health failed. She is survived by 3 sons, Richard (Kathleen) Ruffin of Savoy, MS, Donnie Ruffin and Darrell (Courtney) Ruffin both of Meridian; 4 daughters, Linda Reed, Ethel Laphand, Rosie Gordon and Hazel (Franklin) Knight and 1 brother, Jim Neal all of Meridian; 31 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren and 1 great great great grandchild.

Enterprise Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.

Rest peacefully Mrs. Ruffin! You and my now departed sister, Lucy D. Hutton worked together at Holiday Inn in the early 80's. I attended school with your children, and played basketball at Southeast H.S. with Richard and Donnie. Condolences to the Ruffin family. Amos J. Hutton
