Obituary For Timothy Sims

MR. TIMOTHY JAROME SIMS - Age 61, of Dalton, GA passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020. He was born July 22, 1959 and attended Dalton High School where he played football in his youth. He was a faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his brothers, James Sims, John Sims, David Sims, Michael Starks and Terrance Starks.

He is survived by his mother, Lillie Mae Sims; sisters, Forrestine Cooper and Willena (Johnny) Taylor; brothers, Fred Sims, Forrest Starks, Robert (Jacquline) Starks, and Louis (Deborah) Macon all of Dalton, GA; nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 4, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Willis Funeral Home with Minister Ben Phillips as Eulogist. He will lie in state Thursday, December 3, 2020 after 12:00 P.M. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc.
