Thinking of Mrs. Cozart and her Family at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Mrs. Cozart was the life of the office here at the Health and Wellness Center of North Florida. We loved to see her come into the office. With her style and grace, and a little bit of sassiness as needed. She kept us all on our toes and we loved her just for that. Sleep well Mrs. Cozart. You did well here on earth. Sincerely, LaShanda Jordan
