My Love and Prayers go out to the Billings Family. My dear Sister in Christ has left us with so many wonderful memories to cherish. We worked in the church together down thru the years, she worked with my four cousins at Grady Hosp down thru the years and we Praised God and Prayed as we reared our children down thru the years. May the Power and Peace of God lead and guide her family always. Elder Lor Rogers and Daughters .

To the Family of Jackie Billings, I'm deeply saddened to learn of her transition. We were Girl Scout Leaders and we shared many memories together. I visited her numerals times and enjoyed our visits each time. It never dawn on me that the last time I visited her, I would never see her again. Even though, I tried on many occasions to continue trying with no success. Tonight, as I reminisced about how she and Mr. Billings would have all their Christmas Gifts wrapped, my heart ached when I found her Obit. My Love for her will forever be in my heart. Esther Thomas, Decatur, GA (Dedric Thomas' Moma ... Mr. Billings was my son's Boy Scout Leader).

This truly hurts me to my core. Jackie was not a co-worker, but a true forever friend. We made so many memories together. She was with me through all of my adult journeys. Our kids grew up together. We did Girl Scouts together although my girls were not involved with it. We also had a catering service together. We shared kids becoming adults, becoming grandparents, retirement, loss of loved ones but most importantly, we shared laughter. Jackie I love you and will miss you. My condolences to the family- Barbara McCree

Mrs Billings was my Girl Scout and Cadette troup leader. Her leadership was impactful to me as a growing young lady. She instilled us honor, greatness, and class. She taught us "A Girl Scout always leaves a place better than she found it", a powerful message I live by today. To the family, may the love and support you receive today and in the days ahead bring you comfort and peace. God Bless you ~ Kimberly P. Kennebrew
