Laura Y. Norrell, 83, of Henrico, died December 4, 2020. Surviving ae her husband, Moses A. Norrell, III; son, Mark A. Norrell (Patrice G.); three grandchildren, Erika, Jessika and Mark A. Norrell, II; two brothers, Wendell E. White and Walter R. White (Brenda); nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. A joint memorial service for Laura and Moses will be held 1 p.m. Friday, August 20, 2021 at Rising Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2705 Hartman Street.
