His service is 5:00 PM, Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Greater Baptist Church, Baltimore, Maryland. The interment is 10:00 AM, Monday at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery Owings Mills, Maryland.

He is survived by his brother, Frank D. Moseley, Jr. and sister, Shirley Jarman; devoted nieces and nephews.
