Edward Earl Eaton 53 of Mt. Pleasant, TX died Saturday August 6, 2016 in Mt. Pleasant, TX. Services will be held Saturday August 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. at White Oak Missionary Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, TX; with Rev. D.C. Brown officiating and Elder Jimmy W. Smith, Sr. eulogist. Interment will follow at Piney Cemetery. Services are under the direction of J.C. White Funeral & Cremation Services of Mt. Pleasant, TX. Family will receive friends and love ones from 7p.m. to 9p.m. Friday August 12, 2016 at White Oak Missionary Baptist Church. Ed was a father to my sister n brother and myself when him and my Mother started dating we was hard on him but it didn't stop him instead he pushed evening hard to show us he mean business he would never give up and it made us RESPECT him even more he was a grandfather to my children and he will be miss just hate that I moved away n didn't stay in contact like I should have Rip "Ed" and to his family stay strong ...

He was my uncle ed always wanted to take us to the lake or camping last time I seen him was in KFC parking lot he called me over and gave me a hug and we talked for a good min imma miss him soo much
