Aaron Vincent Brown “Buff”, 50, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Tuesday, November 29, 2020 at Select Specialty-Harrisburg. He was born in Harrisburg, son of Claude Brown and Wanda Segar Brown, a graduate of Harrisburg High School in the Class of 1989 and attend The Culinary School of Washington, D. C. in Alexandria, Virginia. “Buff”, as he was affectionately called, was a master of many things; writing, drawing and cooking to name a few. There was no comparison to his style of cooking and it will truly be missed. In his leisure, he also loved travel and be surrounded by his loved ones. Aaron was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Samuel and Juanita Brown; his maternal grandparents, John and Josephine Segar and one godson, Rahsan Crowder. He leaves to celebrate his life and memories of him, his beloved parents, Claude and Wanda (Segar) Brown; his cherished children, Aaron, Jr. of North Carolina, Amani, Ronaye “Pinkie” and Desiree, all of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; his loving siblings, Candace Segar-Barr (Domon), Jared “Jay” Segar, Scott Brown, LaToni Crowder, all of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Jarah Brown of Atlanta, Georgia, Bethani (Jayna) Jennings (Rick), Ta’Mar Wilkerson (Yosef) and Shanta Brown, all of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; two grandsons, three granddaughters, five nieces, five nephews, three aunts, three uncles; his best friend/brother, Barry Baily and a host of cousins and friends. Aaron’s life will be celebrated in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, 704 N. Front St., Steelton, 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 8 with viewing from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and burial in Paxtang Cemetery. Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six foot social distancing for all attendees of the viewing and viewing. Live streaming of the funeral service will be available on the Major H.
