Ora Lee Pool was born in Jefferson County to the late Lillie Mae Pool Whigham. December 6, 2020, Ora fulfilled her date with destiny. She joins her mother, two brothers, Jimmy and Arthur Whigham and one sister, Louise Whigham who preceded her in death. Graveside services will be Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. at Live Oak Cemetery, Wadley, GA. Mask and social distancing is required. Ora moved from Hackensack New Jersey where she worked as a CNA and retired after working over twenty years. She was a member of the Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries. She will forever be missed by her son, Willie Charles Pool, Swainsboro, Ga; granddaughter, Lashanda (Percy) Jones-Tinsley, Rocky Mountains, North Carolina, three great-grandchildren, Chevis James, Percy Tinsley, III, and Shemar Tinsley, one sister, Mae Lois Jones, Wadley, GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
