Thomas Victor Overton, Jr., 64, of Richmond, died December 4, 2020. Surviving are three sons, Derrick L. and Jawanza D. Bynum (Fiance - Nina) and Jumaane T. (Darcelle) Overton; daughter, Faith B. London (Akeem); father, Thomas Victor Overton, Sr.; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Darnell Whitaker (Patricia); two sisters, Simone Thomas and Deneen Overton; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. where public viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, December 14.
