Guest Book

Mr. Wallington was my neighbor since 1977 when I was 9 years old. I will miss our sports chats and more recently our chats about me becoming a grandma. He was always smiling and laughing as we chatted. When the Tigers play poorly, which is far too often, we both race to yell out across the street- What's going on with YOUR TIGERS? My husband has been very close to him since they met 28 years ago. We will miss him dearly. Ken and Toya Williams

Mr. Wallington was an amazing Father, and taught me so much. As I think back, Mr Wallington was always a steady, calm and strong force in our lives. He seemed to always have answers and solutions to problems. I remember him being a hard worker, working his regular job and also running other side businesses. I spent a few summers working in his moving company. It was not easy work! Yet Mr. Wallington did the business and his regular job, I wondered over the years where he found the energy to do this every single day. I remember Mr Wallington encouraging us to save our money and to invest. That advice always stuck with me and part of my present success is do to those valuable seeds planted by Mr. Wallington. Thanks for being a shining example of fatherhood! Thanks for impacting so many in our community! Thanks for loving your family and loving God! Thanks for showing love to your children and those that were not your own! Deepest sympathy from Tyrone Williamson
