Delores Hayes, 79, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Dec. 7, 2020. Visitation will held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Dec. 17, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 12:30pm on Dec. 18, 2020 at Sarasota National Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memories: devoted husband, Don (Sonny) Hayes; stepdaughter, Rose Johnson; 2 grandchildren; a niece she and her husband help raise, Cynthia R. Speight (Porter); brothers, George Speight, John E. Speight Sr. (Clem), Johnny Spates (Cathy); sisters, Edie Jones (Clinton), and Lyvonne Jennings (Raymond).
