She leaves to cherish her memories: devoted husband, Don (Sonny) Hayes; stepdaughter, Rose Johnson; 2 grandchildren; a niece she and her husband help raise, Cynthia R. Speight (Porter); brothers, George Speight, John E. Speight Sr. (Clem), Johnny Spates (Cathy); sisters, Edie Jones (Clinton), and Lyvonne Jennings (Raymond).
