Williston, SC - Deacon Franklin Brown entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Charlie Norwood VAMC - DD, Augusta, GA. Graveside service for Deacon Franklin Brown will be conducted on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Young Rosemary Baptist Church Cemetery, with Pastor Phinice Young and Elder Louis Brown officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM at Simmons Funeral Home of Williston, Inc.
