Obituary For Linda McCraw-Milligan

Linda McCraw Milligan, 72, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Monday, December 14, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital. She was born in Harrisburg, daughter of the late Melvin and Flossie (Wiggins) McCraw, a graduate of the former William Penn High School, retired from the IBM Corp. and a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Linda is the widow of Leroy David Milligan, in addition to her parents and her husband; four of her sisters, Sandra Smith, Flossie “Sandy” McCraw, Velma Brenda Wimbush and Emily Jean McCraw and her grandson, Bryan David-Lee Taylor preceded her in transitioning into eternal life. She leaves to celebrate her life; her children, Ollie Lynne Shelton, Theresa Ann Stinson and David Mugs Milligan; her two grandsons, Carlin Taylor and David A. Milligan; her three great-grandchildren, Bryel Taylor, Tamya Taylor and Jasiah Taylor and her great-great grandchild, Royalty Belle-Taylor; her five sisters, Teresa Cofield, Diane Turner, Annette McCraw, Connie Barbee and Carolyn Cathy Smith; her five brothers, Melvin A. McCraw, Terry M. McCraw, Eric Anthony McCraw, Lonnie McCraw and Ralph Kelvin McGraw; her aunt, Thelma Clements; her cousin, Vendetta Payton and a host of other family members and friends. . Linda’s life will be celebrated in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton on Saturday December 19, with a public viewing from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Private Family Services will follow and burial in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg. COVID-19 Guidelines will be observed with face masks and six feet social distancing for all attendees. Live Streaming of the service will be available on Major H.
