Obituary For Doris A. Banks

Doris A. Banks, 69, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in the peace and love of her home.

She was born in Charlotte, NC, daughter of the late John and Minnie (Watson) Allison, a graduate of the former William Penn High School, a member of Kingdom Embassy, where she served on the Missions, Hospitality and Food Bank Ministries.

Doris leaves to celebrate her life; her husband, Eric Banks; her sons, Sean Allison (Felicia Roy), Bobby Pressley (Stacey Pressley), Tamir London (Jillian London) and Jorยดel Banks; her daughter, Jarรฉ Banks; her sister, Lula Betty Williams; her 20 grandchildren; her eight great grands and a host of nieces, nephews and devoted friends.

Her life will be celebrated in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday December 22, with a viewing from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery.

COVID-19 Guidelines will be observed with face masks and six feet social distancing for all attendees.
