Graveside service for Lou Frances Pridgett, 80, of Salem, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Nazareth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 4454 Lee Road 166, Opelika, AL 36804, Reverend S. Dewayne Drakeford will officiate

Mrs. Pridgett, who passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 at Well Star Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA, was born March 29, 1940 in Lee County, Alabama.

She leaves to cherish her memory: a nephew as a son, Stanley Vaughn of Cusseta, GA; one brother, Benjamin F. (Heidi) Luke, Sr. of Heinsberg, Germany; three sisters, Bee Della Samuel, Ethel (Thomas) Vaughn both of Salem, AL and Gloria (Bernard) Adams of Smiths, AL; one uncle, Charles (Carrie) Luke of Salem, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
