Just today (8/27/21)I heard the very sad news of Barbara's death in December from Ella in the Silver Sneakers class at the McDowell Wellness Center. Barbara was my favorite person there! She and I used to break into spontaneous dances in the midst of the group exercise and just laugh and cut up between songs. I have been looking for Barbara to come back, and was so disappointed not to see her. Now I will stop looking, but I will not stop missing such a lively, sweet, and funny new friend, nor will other members of the Silver Sneakers. Barbara was special. Warmest condolences to the Ball family. Kathy Barbour

After she left, we remained friends. She was an inspiration to me and many others. She had a wonderful smile that made you smile. She will be missed in my heart. Betty Williams, Apopka, Florida
