PRIVATE FUNERAL SERVICE HAS BEEN CHOSEN BY THE FAMILY

Jonathan Charles “Johnny” Walker, 48, of Danville, made his transition to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical in Danville, Kentucky. He was born on October 12, 1972 in Danville, KY and was the son of Henry T. Walker and Betty Charles McCowan Walker.

“Johnny” was baptized at First Baptist Church Perryville He was a graduate of Danville High School where he excelled in football, and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University.

He loved his children, Loretta Wade and his family, " to the moon and back". He enjoyed his group chats with his brothers and sisters and his friends, he spoiled his nieces and nephews.

Johnny was employed at Best Buy in Lexington, KY where he would meet people with various interest and status. He received promotions because of his interaction and his customer service skills.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children Aliviya Walker, Alex Walker; his fiance’ Loretta Wade; siblings, Karen (Kevin) Morris, Henry “Tommy” (Kelly) Walker, Anthony “Tony” (Kyndle) Walker, Shana (Matthew) Christopher and Melissa “Kim” Walker; 12 nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews; four aunts, Diane (Leon) Smith, B. Faye (James) Johnson, Mae D. Walker, Clara Lesley; and a host of other relative and friends.
