Mrs. Angela Elizabeth Buggs, of Ellenwood, GA, passed Monday, December 21, 2020. The family will receive friends Monday, December 28, 2020, 12:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the mortuary. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Buggs; children, Taira and Carlton Maurice Duncan II; grandchildren, Olivia Mughelli and Zen Duncan; siblings, Victor Wilder (Sharon) and Cathy Wilkerson (Mark); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving family and friends.

A private graveside service will be live streamed on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 12:00 P.M.
