Percy Mines, of North Chesterfield, departed this life December 27, 2020. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Recco Galloway. Surviving are his wife Clarette B. Mines; children, TriVonda and Charles Mines; three sisters, Catherine Robinson, Ruth Braxton and Ida Anderson; three brothers, Emmitt Jr., Joseph and James Mines; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where a walk-through viewing will be held from 12 to 7 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020. Graveside services will be held 12 noon Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, Beaverdam Va.
