Obituary For Willie Howard Nash

Willie H. Nash, Sr. was born January 2, 1954 in Leake County, Mississippi to the late Lue Willie an Allie Mae Nash.

He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Pleasant Hill M.B. Church. On July 25, 1975, he united in holy matrimony to Sylvia Ann "Penny" McBride. This union was Blessed with three children. He was an operator for 41 years with Mississippi Valley Gas/Atmos Energy. Willie was devoted to his wife, children and family.

His parents, four brothers, and two sisters preceded him in death.

He departed this life on December 26, 2020 at 4:30 pm at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

He leaves to cherish his memories: A loving wife of 45 years, Penny; one son, Willie Howard (Ida) Nash, Jr.; two daughters: LaTrenna (Reuben) Fleming and Mandy (Chris) Carter; three grandsons, Willie III, Jaiden, and Jayson; three grand-daughters, Gabrielle, Bernice, and Danielle; one brother: Alton (Arnita) Nash; three sisters, Dorothy Faye Evans, Patricia Ann Steward, and Geneva Thomas all of Kosciusko, MS; two aunts, Deloise (Roy) Edwards, Allie Gee Winters.

Others remaining to carry his memories are a host of nieces, nephews, three brothers-in-law, seven sisters-in-law, cousins, and friends.

PLACE OF GRAVESIDE: Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Kosciusko, MS

DATE OF GRAVESIDE: Saturday 1/02/2021 at 1:00 p.m.
