Charlie was an avid outdoors man, skilled fisherman and a truly fun-loving person. He enjoyed lively conversations with others. He took a special pride in playing active games with his nieces and nephews. For his own unique way, Charlie will be missed by family and friends. Patricia Napper Walker & Family
