Tamika Denise Forrest life came to an end on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the age of 44 at TriStar Stone Crest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. Tamika was born August 8, 1976 in Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee to the parents of Sadie Walker and Edward Lee Forrest. . She leaves to cherish her memory companion, Anthony Krouse; children, Raymond Krouse, Brianna Krouse, Darren Krouse and Alicia Krouse; grandchild, Ashlynn Holly mother, Sadie Forrest; brothers, Antonio Forrest and Marcus Forrest; aunts, Willie Mae Hardeman and Ethel Scruggs; uncles, Howard Walker, Harry Walker, Michael Walker, Leroy Walker, Alex Esmon, III, Jerry (Patricia) Scruggs, John Scruggs and James Thomas; nieces, Ella Swartz and Jade Swartz; nephews, Julius Waters, Antonio Forrest and Demetrius Waters; great niece, Lakelynn Waters; cousins and friends.

*** Due to COVID-19 there is a limit of 25 people that can enter the chapel at a time of the memorial service. In order to enter the funeral home you MUST have on a mask per new regulation for the funeral home. You are responsible for supplying your own masks well ***

Memorial Service Monday, January 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Waters Funeral Home Chapel., 1408 Columbia Avenue.
