The relatives and friends of the late Lydia Hymes Simmons and those of her devoted sisters, Reverend Lillian Washington (Harold) and Easter Hymes LaRoche (Wilbur), one brother, Frankie Hymes (Ruth) Two sister in laws, Elizabeth Hymes and Maybelle Hymes, a special cousin, Rosa Gilliard Klaiber, her loving neighbors, church family and a host of neices, nephews, cousins and friends are all invited to attend her Celebration of Life Service, 11 AM, Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 2718 River Road, Johns Island, SC. A viewing will be held, Tuesday, January 5, 2021, from 3pm-7pm, at Walker’s Mortuary “Chapel of Peace” 3407 Old Pond Road, Johns Island, SC.
