What a gracious young man. He was simply a well rounded young man. Absolute a delight to teach and to encourage him to see the attainable. Always had a smile and the first to apologize. I will always remember you as one of mine. When I see twinkling stars I will think of your smile.

Shaheed was a courteous, respectful, and caring young man. He understood the value of education and he took my class seriously even when things got tough. He stopped by for a brief chat every now and then this semester when he had a chance. One of our last conversations was his reminder to me that I had promised to help him (he said be his mentor) for his science classes when he went off to school. I'll always remember that, what an honor. Saheed will be greatly missed but not forgotten. I pray for comfort and peace for his family. In His Love, Wanda Graham Dillon High School
