To the Carelock family, friends & loved ones. The first time I met Valerie & Billy was at a Doctor appt. UPMC Middletown, Pa. was Nov. 29, 2019. Billy, I hope you remember that day? Valerie & I were making small chit-chat, I told her right away, "How beautiful she looked, & her voice as well." I liked her so much we exchanged address's, phone #/E-mails. I am sure going to miss her lots. She was definitely an Angel. She is Free now & in the best hands she could be in. Condolences, prayers go out to all that loved/helped her dearly. Thank you Billy for sending me the envelope of her obituary, cause I would have never had known. Love to you Billy, you take care of yourself, you are in the best of hands - Your Family/Friends.
