May God comfort the family and friends of Free Banks. Fred and I attended high school together and continued to be friends. We often ran into each other at the Broad Street Market. Fred was always a very nice guy and very kind and respectful to everyone. I will miss seeing and talking to Fred. God bless and my friend and former classmate.
