It is with sad hearts that we announce the peaceful transition of Mrs. Guinevere Laura (Thompson) Redd, beloved widow of the late Rev. Samuel T. Redd, Sr. Owner of the Redd Funeral Service. Visitation for Mrs. Redd will take place on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 3 to 7 pm in the Chapel of Estep Brothers Funeral Home 1300 Eutaw Place. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 12, from 10 am to 11 am at Sharon Baptist Church, Presstman and Stricker Streets. Celebration of Life to begin at 11 am, entombment to follow in the King Memorial Park.
