William H. Ward known to many as “Chico/Billy,” was born on July 20, 1961 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late William H. Ward Sr. and Bernice Howard Ward. Billy passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, South Carolina at the age of 59. Billy attended Terrell’s Bay High School in Centenary, South Carolina. He also attended Job Corp. He married Margaret Williams on March 6, 2001 and remained happily married until his departure.

Although we are grieved by your passing, we bow in humble submission to the will of God who never makes a mistake.
