Obituary For Clara Mae Hamblin

Clara Mae Hamblin was born September 4, 1931 in Attala County, Mississippi to the parents of Clyde and Irene Hamblin.

She attended the Sam Young Public School in Kosciusko, MS.

By trade, she was a homemaker and housekeeper. She was the mother of seven children three preceded her in death, Emmitt, Curtis and Shelia.

She departed this life on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the Baptist Attala Hospital in Kosciusko, MS.

She is survived by one daughter, Nelvia A. Hamblin; three sons, Henry C. Chestnut, John L. Hamblin, and Charles Jordan. She also leaves three sisters, Cenolia Beasley, Celestrial Dodd, and Ella Chestnut; two brothers, J.W. Hamblin and Cleophas Hamblin, 10 grnadchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
