I remember Mr. Walton from being a student with LaRhonda at Conley Hills Elementary School. I remember his smile and facial beard. He was always nice. He was an example of what it meant be an active parent in his children's school & community. Thank you for being an example Mr Walton. May God bless and keep Mrs. Walton and your family. May the years and memories keep you all when times get tough. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Grace Stokes-Mosley

My prayers and love to you all. I just want to say that LaRhonda and I have grown so close and knowing her has been nothing but a blessing. She has said nothing but good things about you and momma Shirley! I will never forget how you came to my rescue when LaRhonda &I were going out to eat and my truck broke down in front of the house and you came on out and step right on up as if I was one of your very own. Not having my father here with me that meant a lot and from that day forth, I knew then that you sir, were a genuine hearted man, father, brother, son, uncle, cousin and friend! And let me say this your good heart has flowed over to your children. I want to thank you and momma Shirley for bringing LaRhonda into this world she is the little sister I have always wanted. In the few years that I have known you I think it would be very appropriate to say "Job well done sir!" To momma Shirley, LaRhonda and Twanna I just want to that "Earth has no sorrows that Heaven can not Heal" and "To Live is Christ but to Die is Gain" Mr. Ronnie has gained his rightful place and you all have gain a special Angel to watch over you! Dance on through those Heavenly Doors. Watch out Heaven here comes the Entertainment โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‡

The best Dad of all Time... that's the only way I can say it. MR. Walton was like a farther/ Uncle to me. I met Twanna in Kindergarten and we've been best friends since. He always treated me like his daughter. If I needed a ride he would never hesitate to take me along with him and Twanna. He took us everywhere and made sure to stay no matter how Twanna convinced him " Daddy were good". He was a true protecter; always treated Mrs. Walton like a queen. I saw nothing but a great man when I see MR. Walton. I pray God hold Mrs. Shirley, Twanna, LaRhonda; and baby girl Maya...tighter as they push through. Mr. Ronnie dance on and peace upon thee... It's too hard to say and so unrealistic to me to write a good bye message for a person that brings so much joy to the world. Jawana Hampton, Isaiah and Lyric

Words seem inadequate to express the sorrow felt of losing Mr. Walton. My heart is with LaRhonda and the family. I pray in the midst of this time you all find comfort in all the joyful memories. Mr. Walton was so funny, he always had jokes. Sometimes you had to pay attention to catch them, because he was slick with it sometimes lol. He stayed smiling. He was always at every event patiently waiting on his girls : ) I always admired that. Sometimes Mr. Walton and my dad would be the only men at gatheringsย  and they would be in their own world. I remember Mr. Walton dancing and LaRhonda and Tawanna trying to get him to sit down, lol. So many good memories. And to Mr. Walton, thank you for saving my life. I remember that day as if it were yesterday, thank you. Your kindness and gentle spirit will be remembered forever. LaRhonda, Tawanna and Mrs. Walton I am wishing you peace to bring you comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart. God is with you and He will walk with you, and carry you through all things. The Yancey family and The Hill family is here for you. Love you
