I worked with Dorothy for 2 years but she made me feel I knew her longer. I started calling her Joe Cool which she liked as it was Snoopy with his shades on. Dororthy was like a trainer showing me howe to process claims. I will surely miss her warm smile and her beautiful spirit.

Dot a great friend, a sister a person you could tell your deepest secret and know it was in a safe place. I remember back in the 70s we met while working at Hecht Department store in down town Washingron- From that day you became my sister. : Back in those days if either of us was short on cash we knew we could depend on each other. I remember when I purchased my first home I told you I was a little nervous and I said suppose times get hard and I can't pay my mortgage'". I remember you saying Cathy if you buy a house you will not lose your house. I always remembered you giving me that incentive encouraging me., and you were right. I missed our friendship and that infectious smile. I remember later in years you said everybody cannot call you Dot . Well thank you for being my friend and thank you for allowing me to call you Dot. I will miss you girl. Cathy
