Hazel Coleman Patton age 85 passed away January 5, 2021 at Stonecrest Medical Center.

Survivors include Children, Deborah Tuma, Linda Patton and Stanley Patton; Sisters, Johnnie Mae Phillips, Mary (Paul) Elam; Brothers, Curtis and Walter Phillips; 13 Grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; Many other relatives and friends.

She will lie-in-state Wednesday January 13, 2021 from 11:00 AM-12:00 Noon; Family visitation 12:00 Noon-1:00 PM with funeral service to follow at Cherry Grove M.B. Church, 4078 Yeargan Rd., Murfreesboro, TN, 37128, Bro. Paul Elam eulogist. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
