A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. James Edward Flanning, Sr. who passed away on January 04, 2021 will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, January 16, 2021, Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, with Minister Andrew Holder, Officiating Eulogist.

Mister James Edward Flanning, Sr. was the son of the late Robert Mills and raised his entire life by the late Mr. Robert Palmore, Sr. His mother was the late Ms. Ruby Lee Davenport (Palmore).

Mr. James Edward Flanning, Sr. was born in Tampa, Florida on April 02, 1960. He was called to his heavenly home on January 04, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his brother Willie Flanning, Sr. and his sister Trenice Covington.

He leaves to cherish his memories with: his fiancé, Deborah Johnson; 2 sons: James Edward Flanning, Jr. (Christina), Xavier Graham (Amanda) 3 daughters, 10 plus grandchildren, 6 aunts: Lelia Lee (Teababy), Shirley, Virginia, Annie Loise, Barbara and Patsy; uncles: Willie B. Sharp: Step-father: Theodis Covington; 3 brothers: Robert Palmore, Jr., Andre Palmore and Marvin Palmore, Sr.; God-brother: Ron Brown; 5 Sisters: Saminthia Jackson, Chantal Mills, Denise Covington (Dale), Michelle Covington and a sister In Orlando, FL.; God-sisters: Felicia and Inita; brother-in-law: Willie Jackson; 3 like brothers: Judge Palmore, Michael Polite and Bobby Polite; 25 nephews and nieces and a multitude of grand nephews and grand nieces; special cousins: Johnnie Mae, Liz and Larry Palmore; special friend: Ms. Mott and other sorrowing relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 6-8pm at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa. Family and Friends are asked to assemble at 2:30pm at Integrity Funeral Services.

In compliance with the CDC guidelines and for the safety of the public and staff, face mask are required.
