Obituary For Juanita Hackett

Juanita O. Hackett went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 11, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center. She was the widow of Joseph Hackett. Mrs. Hackett was the daughter of Lewis and Rhoda Dover Oglesby.

Juanita was employed with Beautknit and Raycord Manufacturing.

Mrs. Hackett was an Usher of the Island Creek Baptist Church for forty years.

She is survived by: her siblings, Naomi (Wallace) Hardy, Lewis (Helen) Oglesby, Willie Mae Simpson and Elizabeth Meadows; her stepson, Leroy Brown and his daughter, Jasmine Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by three siblings, Emanuel Oglesby, RG Oglesby and Florine Oglesby.

Graveside Services for Juanita O. Hackett on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Rd., Spartanburg, SC. Please wear a mask.
