It was a joy to work with Mary at Spartanburg Regional Foundation. I will never forget the warmth her smile brought to the office each and every day. Mary will be in my heart and memories forever. I am wishing you all strength and peace during this difficult time. Stacey Burton

You raised an amazing young man. I worked with Shaun he always looked out for me making sure I was ok! I know he loved you and as he said you will live on thru your 3 sons. Rest In Paradise you've left a legacy of greatness.

Burnett, while talking to you just a few days before you where taken to the hospital and left this earth, we had a long conversation of life, living, and the Lord. Even though I didn't realize you were leaving so quickly--too quickly-- I know you loved the Lord, your 3 sons, your grandchildren and your sister and brother and that they meant the world to you. You were a blessing on this earth to many and now the Lord has you in His heavenly home with your mother and the rest of our family. Your first cousin, Hattie Pearl Smith Northern, Philadelphia, PA

Mary was a very sweet person with a sweet spirit. I know she will be missed so much and what little time I was able to talk with her at Spartanburg Regional...she made an impression on my life. Praying for the family.

Burnett, you know how much I love you. I said that at the end of each of our conversations. I can't see a world without you. I am going to miss our talks, but I have fun memories that I will have to hold on to until I can see you again. I am really looking forward to our time together when you wake up again and that's what will give me strength to go on without you in our lives.
