Guest Book

I happened to think of Miss Grennett today. Our family loved her so much while our sons were at Harpeth Academy. She and I would meet together from time to time and pray. We visited her church and watched her sing in the choir. She loved Jesus so much. What an inspiration she was! Loving, encouraging, sweet, and kind. A beautiful person inside and out. I look forward to seeing her again in heaven one day! Jan Dixon

Johnny, I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. She helped raise me & the Arnold girls mostly. She was a precious jewel & I loved her so & the lessons taught me. I later years worked with her at the bus garage, still her same loving self & full of energy. Peace, love & prayers, Amy White Pewitt

I have chosen to light a candle in my favorite color because when I told her my favorite color she told me she loved it. Mrs. G was like a grandmother to me. She was like a coach. Coaches fight for you, believe in you, and never give up on you. she was that person to me. She never doubted that I could do anything. She believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. she would tell me she "knew I could do it!" and that "I did amazing" she would uplift my spirits. The first time that she met me she said, "oh you are so beautiful and so sweet." She had JUST met me. She has such a kind heart that she saw goodness in me within minutes of meeting me. As I grow up I hope to be half of the women that she was. I hope to bring as much joy to people as she always has. I hope to be as strong as her. She is a fighter! Everything that she has been through he always fought. She never gave up. She never even thought what she was going through was bad. She always would pray for others even in her own pain. After a hard day we went and saw her the next, and she was all smiles and giggles. She lived happy and she lived wonderfully. We love her always. god bless.
