WAY - Kaleb N. Way a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on January 7, 2021. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11AM at St. John's Cathedral, 256 E. Church Street. There will be NO PUBLIC VIEWING. Arrangements entrusted to the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue.

A Soul's Soliloquy... of Kaleb Nigel Way began with my purchasing a "dream" home on a nature preserve near Fort Caroline, Jacksonville, Florida, and a return visit to Georgetown, South Carolina to commemorate the 10th anniversary of my own father's passing at age 97 years. In the midst of the ceremony I received a call that Kaleb had been born. My response was "keep hope alive". Through prayers for Kaleb and his family of the blood, worlds were discovered, examined, shared, and supported. And, I truly believe character was developed and continues to be forged and nourished for such is the soul's soliloquy of Kaleb Nigel Way. Pictured above, his face reveals his joy of praise and worship in the light and warmth of the sun, representing our greatest invitation and glory. In the name of Jesus, and by Elisha's commitment to Elijah, thank you God for Kaleb; for all souls Thou shalt know and keep.

Known to me as my "favorite little cuddler". I'm going to miss this guy! I'd Call or text his mom and say, "I need a squeeze" and she knew that meant I was coming over to grab this guy.
