Obituary For Ms.Theresa Williams

Theresa Dianne Sampson Williams was born on November 2,1959. She exchanged this life for her heavenly wings on January 11, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Williams,grandparents Katherine and Isaac Sampson, brother Albert Sampson Sr. and dear friends, Emma Clarke and Lakesha Moore French. Theresa or Dianne as many knew her worked at Tom Dodd Nursery for 11 years, Church's Chicken for 17 years and made a career at Mobile Infirmary in their café and cafeteria as a Baker, something she loved to do for 20 years. She was a great Sunday school teacher and pillar of the community. A mother to many, she was our very own Mother Theresa. She will be graciously and humbly missed. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Elder Deloris Sampson. Her loving children, Everett(Re) Sampson, Martisia Williams, Henrietta Williams, and Georgianna (Erica)Williams, Irvin (Jasmine) Sampson, and Tiffany Pugh. Her grandchildren: Marricisia and Manterrian Williams, DeAnjelia, DeAnjelio, and Nya Knighten, Le’Mirrian and Ar’Maun Williams, Shi’Nazia Sampson ,Janyla and Jaden Elderidge, Zion Sampson. Her great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Williams, Bowick and Rashad Norwood Jr. Her siblings Monica Carstarphen, Veronika Sampson, LaTonja (D’Wayne) Bryant, Juanda Sampson, Dinisha (Donald) Collins, Andra Sampson, and Micheal (Santressa) Sampson. Sister in law, Carolyn Williams. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends Tonya, Patricia, Ferman, Isiah, and Cindy. Many friends, children, work families, church family, pantry members. Viewing will be held Friday January 22, 2021 at Samuel Jackson Mortuary located at 271 Cody Road, Mobile Al 36608 from 2pm-6pm and Saturday at the Holy Church of God of Cottage Hill (2115 Demetropolis Rd) Mobile, AL 36693 from 9-11 where family will receive friends 10:15am-11:15am. 12 noon Services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 6100 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL 36619.
