Obituary For Angela P. Williams

Angela Jean Pearson Williams entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Ms. Williams was the daughter of the late Annie Edwards Pearson and Walter Pearson. She was the granddaughter of the late Mr. Copeland and Mrs. Ida Edwards. "Jean" as she was affectionately called by her family, was a sweet and kind spirit. Her hugs were magical, warm and comforting.

She accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. As an adult, she joined St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Williams was employed as a quality control laboratory analyst at Celanese and was known to have an impeccable work ethic.

Angela was predeceased by an older brother, Leslie E. Pearson (Tina) from East Elmhurst, NY.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her sisters, Tonie (John) Williams, Melissa (Anthony) Dickson of Spartanburg, SC; her brothers, McDonald (Carolyn) Pearson of Spartanburg, SC and Phillip (Kamonda) Pearson of Seattle, WA; her neighbor, companion and dear niece Fashieka Pearson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends.

A Celebration of the Life of Angela P. Williams will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Rd., Drayton, SC. Dr. Walter Belton will officiate. J. W. Woodward Funeral Home
