Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11:00AM from Rock Creek Baptist Church, Pastor Mack Jenkins, officiating. Mrs. Harris will lie in state on Friday, January 15, 2021 from 1-8PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
