I am so heartbroken 💔💔💔 I LOVE ❤️ this beautiful lady ... I was the BEST friend to her son Marvin Choice and I met her when Marvin got killed in North Carolina and she was so happy that I was close to Marvin and she stayed at my house when she came to North Carolina to pick up Marvin and I started in contact with her since 1989. I have been thinking about her and I called her phone number and her phone had been cut off and I came to thomasville on July 10 for a funeral and I google her name and her obituary came up ... so sorry for her pleasing she was the most BEAUTIFUL lady inside and outside ... I would like to reach out to her children please give my cell phone number to one of her daughter 678-598-6748... LOVE ❤️ YOU FOREVER MS PEARL

Ms. Ida was truly genuine and sincere in her words. On the occasions that we came together, she spoke softly and kindly of everyone and was sure to acknowledge everyone. She will be dearly missed but the promise of seeing her again as well as loved ones that have already gone ahead of us to hold Jesus' hand in comfort, gives my heart peace. Praying for comfort and strength as the days are given to us. Amen Sam & Charlene Harnevious

Mama Pearl, as she's been affectionately known to me since 1983, was one of the sweetest ladies in the world. I came to know her through her daughter and my college friend, Verna. I always felt like family and she treated as such (even corrected me when needed). You will be missed sweet angel. My prayers and condolences to your children, grands and family left behind to cherish your memory. Love you, Pam
