I remember going with my grandmother Mrs. Nethel Lee Wolfe to church and I remember Mrs. Shirley playing the piano and singing. She had a beautiful smile and always had great words of wisdom. As I grew older when I would run into her and Rev. Jones she was still greet me with a smile and Rev. Jones would always tell me the story of him and my grandfather Mr. Shane. The Jones were like family to us and whenever we needed you Rev. Jones you were always there for our family. We send our heartfelt condolences to you and your beautiful daughters during this time. We for comfort as the days of ahead will seem longer without her physically here. Her legacy and memory will forever live on in each of your hearts. Rev. Jones each time you look at those beautiful daughters you will see a piece of Mrs. Shirley. May God continue to bless you and strengthen you during this time... The Entire Wolfe Family

To the Jones Family... Pastor Jones (Daddy Will)and Sister Shirley (Mama Shirley) took me under their wings. Tara and I became friends at Jackson State University only to find out I was a member of the Church Pastor Jones was pastoring. I spent many days at the Jones house and consider them my 2nd family as they referred to me as one of their own So many sweet memories. While Mama Shirley is resting in the arms of God, she left a void that can't be filled. I thank God for the opportunity to experience her Godly wisdom, her gentle touch and calming words. They will never be forgotten. May her legacy live on through the wonderful family she built and wisdom she imparted. I love you all and will continue to keep you all in prayer.
