Mr. Shannon Carter departed this life on Sunday, January 17, 2021. His private funeral service will be held 2:00PM on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel, with visitations starting at 1:00PM. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
