He was preceded in death by his father, mother, two brothers (Willie H. Brintley, Jr and Walter Frank Brintley), and one nephew (Dale Amos Brintley, Jr).
He leaves behind to cherish his memory one aunt, Pocahontas B. Reed of Covington, Georgia; six siblings, sisters Josephine Starr of Forest Park, Georgia; Carol Mclaney (Benjamin) and Janita D. Curry (James) of Jonesboro, Georgia; brothers Samuel L. Brintley of Atlanta, Georgia; Courtney L. Brintley of Riverdale, Georgia and Dale Amos Brintley, Sr (Hu Im) of Tacoma Washington; nephews Willie J. Starr, Jr. (Lakina) of Nashville, Tennessee; Courtney Jackson (Faith) of Lithonia, Georgia; Young Lee Brintley of Tacoma, Washington ; Javon Curry and Jaron Curry of Jonesboro, Georgia; nieces Orlvertta S. Moody (Nathan) of Dacula, Georgia; Carmika Leland of Jonesboro, Georgia; Dorea Timali of Tacoma, Washington; Candace Brintley of Augusta, Georgia; and host of great nieces, nephews and friends.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 4pm-6pm at our Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home of Riverdale location 6580 Church St. Riverdale, Ga 30274.
Interment: Ga National Cemetery Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 2pm.
