We honor the contributions made by Mrs. Dickerson to our success in life. She was our rock during the difficult times of segregation to integration within the public school system. Our lives were in her hands. Her gentleness and compassion throughout those times gave us comfort. May these words bring comfort to the family during these times. Sincere Condolences, FPCHS Class of 1974

My heart is saddened because I have lost a genuine friend. I can't think of a time that I visited that she didn't have a smile on her face. I will remember the days of sisterhood that we enjoyed in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. I will always remember your kindness and demonstration of sisterly love, Lois. RIP, my sister. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Rev. Frances Harris
