Obituary For Adrian De Shon "Raheem" "ShonBones" Rhym

-The Obituary-

“Joy, my favorite word. Circumstances may determine my happiness, but Lord, you determine my joy. Joy is sweetly honest. No wonder the minister said, “You can’t hide joy if you have it-you can’t fake it if you don’t.” Who can manufacture it, Lord? Joy is your creation. Who may have it? Anyone who asks, Thank you, Lord For joy! (Ruth Harns Calkin)

Adrian De Shon or “Raheem, Shonbones” was born in Valdosta, Georgia to Wanda G. Rhym on October 15, 1977. He was the oldest of three boy siblings. He attended Valdosta High School. Three angels were blessed to share a part of his life: his grandmother, Corine Rhym and his great-grandmother, Geneva Murray, his great-aunt, Dorothy Mae Burgman, all deceased.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother: Wanda G. Rhym; his only son: Jadarian Rhym; two brothers: Donta Daniels (Ruby), and Demarcus Rhym, all from Valdosta, GA. He had 6 nephews and a devoted and loving aunt, Janice Rhym. He had two uncles: Marcus Lynch (Evette) and Lewis Lynch, Jr., all from Valdosta, GA. He had a host of special cousins and friends. A special thanks to the staff of Hospice of South Georgia and the Steven-McGhee Funeral Home Staff.
