Debbie Muse Carter, 58, of Richmond, died February 11, 2021. Surviving are three sisters, Gladys Shaw (Thomas), Linda Pope (Richard) and Dale Lewis (Robert); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, February 21 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. A private graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 22 at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Rev.
